01Try before you pay
Every new Quick Card account starts with a free trial (current duration on the pricing page) with full access — your card, QR, AI review drafts, and analytics — with no payment details required. We encourage you to evaluate everything during the trial before purchasing.
02Digital service — what that means for refunds
Quick Card is a digital service that is activated immediately on payment: your card and QR stay live, and the plan benefits apply from the moment the payment succeeds. Because the service is delivered instantly and a free trial is provided beforehand, payments are generally non-refundable, except in the cases below.
03When we do refund
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same purchase: the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
- Payment captured but service not activated — if a verified payment does not activate your plan/card within 24 hours and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
- Wrong amount charged — if you were charged more than the price shown at checkout (see the pricing page), we refund the difference.
- 2-day money-back on first purchase — if the paid Service is materially not working for you and our support cannot resolve it, request a refund within 2 days of your first payment.
04What we do not refund
- Change of mind after the 2-day money-back window, or partial/unused periods of a plan.
- Outcomes we do not control — e.g. reviews not being posted or being removed by Google, or your expectations about ratings. Customers post reviews themselves; no rating outcome is promised.
- Suspension or termination of your account for violating the Terms of Service (e.g. soliciting fake reviews).
05Cancellation
- You can cancel your plan anytime from the dashboard. Your benefits continue until the end of the paid period; there is no automatic pro-rata refund.
- Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing — nothing is charged.
- After cancellation your public card is no longer served, but you can reactivate by purchasing again.
06How to request a refund
- Sign in and contact us from your dashboard (or reply to your payment receipt email).
- Include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt, the account email, and a short description of the issue.
- We respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days (bank processing times vary).
07Returns
Quick Card sells digital services only — there is no physical product to return. If a physical product (e.g. printed QR material) is ever offered, its return terms will be stated on its purchase page.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
