01Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Quick Card (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02What the Service is
Quick Card provides local businesses with:
- a digital business card (a public page with your contact details, social links, location, and QR code);
- AI-drafted review text that your customers can optionally use;
- a hand-off to Google's review page, where the customer posts the review themselves; and
- a dashboard with scan and redirect analytics.
Quick Card does not post reviews on anyone's behalf and does not guarantee any rating, review count, or business outcome.
03Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to solicit fake, incentivised, or misleading reviews, or otherwise violate Google's review policies;
- publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content on your business card;
- impersonate another business or person;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Review text generated by the Service is a draft. Your customers choose whether to use it, edit it, and post it under their own Google account. You are responsible for how you present the review flow to your customers.
05Plans & payments
- New accounts start with a free trial with full access — the current trial duration is shown on the pricing page. No payment details are required to begin.
- Paid plans and offers are as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases with notice on the pricing page.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add (business details, logos, links). You grant Quick Card a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your public business card to people who scan your QR. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
07Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties — including Google (sign-in, Maps, the review page your customers are directed to) and Razorpay (payments). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Quick Card is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
08Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that reviews will be published or retained by Google.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Card's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
09Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your public business card stops being served; provisions that by nature survive (payments owed, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.
10Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the company's registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
